“My easyFairs” Quick Guide

“My easyFairs” is an online marketing instrument enabling you to:

Book and order additional marketing tools
Build out your company’s online presence on the easyFairs show website, including the uploading of press releases and product news items
Register your stand personnel
Track your pre-registered visitors (see also “Visitor registration”)

The Quick Guide helps you to get up to speed fast working on the “My easyFairs” platform. By the way, these instructions are also included in the Marketing Handbook.

How to invite your customers to the show

You’ll receive a personal registration link from easyFairs. Visitors who register themselves for the show via your personal link will be counted as your company’s visitors. In this way, you’ll be able to track the visitor registration response of your own marketing activities! Instructions for using the tracking feature are detailed in the Quick Guide / Marketing Handbook.
