IFEX ChefSkills 2012: Winners annouced

For many years, IFEX has been pivotal in nurturing some of the best culinary talent that Northern Ireland has to offer, and the IFEX ChefSkills 2012 competitions, supported by DELNI, were no exception.

Renowned for their competitiveness and high level of skill, the ChefSkills competitions have a long history of awarding some of Ireland’s most celebrated chefs in the early stages of their careers.  With a massive 220 young chefs taking part in 25 competitions, top accolades were presented to young chefs from across Northern Ireland.

Sean Owens, Salon Director of ChefSkills, comments:
“The level of competition at ChefSkills is notoriously intense, and this year was no exception.
