HENKILÖSTÖ 2012 is aimed at an eager audience: personnel managers and human resource professionals from Finnish companies of all sizes and industries. It provides them a very welcome meeting place to network, exchange experiences and find solutions to their toughest challenges. The event offers exhibitors direct, face-to-face contact with these decision makers.

The show's visitors are mainly from governmental departments and small or medium-sized Finnish enterprises and are owners/directors, HR managers and middle managers with personnel responsibility, for whom personnel issues can cause stress and additional workload due to lack of information and/or time constraints!
