Shell Scheme

For an additional charge of €65 per sqm, Shell Scheme stands will include:

• Partitions
• Fascia name board
• 3 x spotlights
• 1kw power supply
• Carpet

Space only booths must ensure that their stand has a dividing wall/partition between any neighbouring stands. If a company is seen to be using the wall of a neighbouring stand they will be automatically charged for a shell scheme.

• Premium positions, marked P, are subject to a 10% surcharge on space only price.
• All corner stands incur a 10% surcharge on space only price.
• A non-refundable deposit, equal to 30% of the total booth fee, is due with stand reservation and the balance will be due for payment before 30 December 2012.
• All cheques to be made payable to StocExpo.
• In accordance to NEW VAT regulations, companies based in the UK are subject to 20% VAT, all other companies will not be charged VAT as long as they provide a VAT number on the booking form.
