easyFairs also offers you a complete programme of highly targeted promotional activities. We work in close cooperation with prominent trade magazines and organisations. Plus, we give all exhibitors at least 100 visitor invitations (should you need more, simply ask) and provide a vast range of online and traditional communications tools to raise your visibility before, during and after the show.

Book your stand early to benefit from significant cost savings AND inclusion in the pre-show visitor marketing campaign.

• Until 31st August 2009: £3400 (+VAT) for a 12sqm stand
• Until 31st November 2009: £3600 (+VAT) for a 12sqm stand
• Until 23rd Feb 2010: £3800 (+VAT) for a 12sqm stand

Maximum four modules per show
For a corner unit please add £150 (+VAT) per open corner
