Roll-out Coordinator

Easyfairs Brussels

Reporting to the Head of Support, you will take care of the roll-out coordination of all applications released by the Online Product Team (web and mobile applications).

Your key responsibilities

  • Testing the new applications
  • Communication about the new solutions
  • Training/supporting the local users to ensure a high level of adoption
  • Collecting feedback and satisfaction from the local offices
  • Proposing improvements, new features and completely new solutions based on that feedback

Main processes, systems, tools used

TYPO3, N200, ExactTarget, Hootsuite, custom mobile apps (visitor app, rebooking app)

Profile

  • BS/MS degree
  • Broad experience with online tools (CMS, registration systems, social media platforms…)
  • 3-5 years’ work experience in a similar role
  • Fluent English (knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus)
  • Early adopter of new technologies
  • Organised, attention to details
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Experience in training and coaching users
  • Ready to travel for business
