easyFairs Group is looking for Sales Executives to sell stand modules for its portfolio of trade shows from its network of offices in Europe and Colombia. We offer a competitive remuneration package including basic salary (according to your experience and capabilities) and commission.
Responsibilities include:
- Telesales
- Producing a sales plans with the local Sales Manager
- Keeping a systematic record of your sales activities with the easyFairs Customer Relationship Management (CRM) sales tool (we will provide training in this system)
- Identifying potential exhibitors
- Researching the needs of our target show visitors
- Developing strong relationships with key clients
- Supporting the marketing and R&D teams
Your profile
Some prior experience in sales is highly desirable; however a winning personality and the desire to be part of an exciting project are even more important.
You must also be able to demonstrate an understanding – based on direct experience – of the your local business culture. Since easyFairs is an international company, a reasonable aptitude in English would be an asset regardless of where you are based, while knowledge of other languages would be a distinct advantage.
You also need a reasonable level of technical competence and a systematic approach to managing your activities.
Some knowledge of the trade shows business would be an advantage but is not essential.
