VERPACKUNG WEST2010

Due to the tough economic situation, enterprises are continuing to watch every penny and push off investments as long as they can: For this reason, easyFairs has made the difficult decision to postpone its packaging show in Dortmund – what would have been the fifth edition of easyFairs® VERPACKUNG West – originally scheduled for 19-20 May 2010.  Based on the current bookings status, easyFairs feels the event would not have offered visitors or exhibitors the necessary product variety that makes for a successful trade fair. The company plans to take this opportunity to rework the underlying concept of easyFairs® VERPACKUNG West and position the newly redesigned show at a later time.

In terms of packaging shows, easyFairs is still very well represented by the extremely popular easyFairs® VERPACKUNG Nord in Hamburg, next taking place in parallel with easyFairs® LOGISTIK on 26-27 January 2011. Soon afterward, on 2-3 February 2011, easyFairs will launch a brand new show in Essen: easyFairs® GEFAHRGUT (Hazardous Materials). Furthermore, easyFairs® SCHÜTTGUT will once again take place on 18-19 May 2011 in Dortmund.
