If you've got a website it's a great place to promote your presence at the event. Tank Storage Asia will provide you with web banners, buttons, registration links, images and a logo. Each exhibitor will be sent 50 FREE Tank Storage Asia ticket invitations to send out to anyone you want to invite to the exhibition. To stay one step ahead of your competition, it is essential that your clients are aware that you are exhibiting. A personal invitation from you is without doubt the most effective method of communicating this.

Our research shows that the best possible response is generated when a ticket is mailed 3 to 6 weeks in advance of the show. Research also shows that when a ticket is sent with a personalised letter, it is 66% more likely to be acted upon. Your letter should communicate your presence at Tank Storage Asia and highlight:

• Your stand number
• Registration instructions

• Information on any specific promotions or incentives.

Each ticket you receive will have a code on the reverse which is unique to your company. Your My easyFairs account manages your online profile, which can be seen by all website visitors on the Exhibitor catalogue. You can upload your company information, company logo, press releases and product news, as well as ordering additional furniture for your stand.If you have not received either your log in details, or a brief manual explaining how to use your my easyFairs account, please email samantha@stocexpo.com.

You will be able to register your stand personnel via your My easyFairs account. All badges will be available for collection onsite on Monday 15 October 2012 from 2pm. All exhibitor badges must be collected on build day for Tank Storage Asia.

Our PR team is constantly looking for new and interesting stories on product launches or new product developments to include in editorial previews and also to feature on the Tank Storage Asia website.
