DL Packaging supplies good used, new and fully rebuilt Rovema, Bosch, Hassia-Redatron and Viking-Masek form-fill-seal machines for bags, as well as all dosing/filling systems. From the start in 1995, over 500 machines and lines were delivered and installed all over Europe. Most machines are equipped with Siemens S7 and/or servo drives by DL Packaging. Many machines are supplied with an Ishida or Yamato multihead weigher, or a Rovema auger filler for powders.

DL Packaging is based in the industrial zone Weststad in Oosterhout (near Breda, NL). Here we have a permanent showroom, a machine stock of well over 100 Rovema, Bosch, Hassia Redatron, Aquarius vffs machines, testing facilities, a large workshop and a stock of over 20,000 spare parts.

Apart from this, DL Packaging has a more or less regular stock of good used Sandiacre, Aquarius, Yamato, Ishida, Webb machines that can be supplied at short notice, or delivered and installed after a thorough checkup.

Our 9 service engineers guarantee the perfect functioning of your machine even after years, and can build in the latest technologies and machine options, like Siemens S7-300 electronics, touch panel, servo drive.

DL Packaging has its customers mainly in the food industry and the contract packing industry in most European countries. Starting companies as well as multinational enterprises use professional equipment supplied and serviced by DL Packaging.

DL Packaging boosts sales for Viking-Masek vffs machines

DL Packaging introduces range of new vffs machinesViking-Masek was founded in 1964, and has built thousands of vffs (vertical form-fill-seal) machines. The current production has risen to around 200 machines per year, of which almost 40% are sold and installed in the USA.

In August 2010 DL Packaging managed to obtain the sole agency for Germany, Holland, Belgium and Luxemburg, with freedom to sell in any other area in the world. The wide range of stainless steel machines, with Siemens S7-300 controls and Sinamics servo drives forms a welcome extension to the DL Packaging delivery program. During the last months of 2010, DL Packaging sold as many as 7 new Viking-Masek machines.

The new machine program starts with an Economy vffs model, from stainless steel, for bags up to 250 x 400mm, for less than EUR 40,000.-. DL Packaging sold 5 machines of this Alpha 250 model alone during the last quarter of 2010. Another interesting program extension on the other (high) end is a continuous motion vffs machine for outputs up to 240 bags per minute!
