Congalsa is a company dedicated to the elaboration of precooked fish products, dough, turnovers and other deep-frozen meals. Since it was founded in the early 1990´s, it has been pursuing improvements in its processes to assure a final product like home-made, with no artificial colouring and conservatives. At the time, the company has over 300 employees processing annually near 20.000 tons of ready-to-eat products.
