SVIA is an automation company that is moving forwards strongly, and over the last ten years has developed into the market leader in our niche.

SVIA builds standardised automation, where fully developed and well-proven modules can be used again and again. The focus is on automation with seeing robots; industrial robots are combined with SVIA's in-house developed vision system, PickVision™, which gives robots eyes and opens up completely new possibilities for flexible automation. It minimises risks and gives competitive pricing.

Products

Animex

For more than 20 years, Animex has been the leading supplier of automation with 6-axis robots to the Swedish plastics industry.

Through the use of standardised products that can be reused we have become known for supplying efficient and competitive robot cells.

Animex has developed XFlex, a module based system with cake shaped function units that are docked to a robot in the middle. The units can be changed very easily by hand which makes the robot cell very flexible. At present there are around 20 modules ready to use in production with different flexible solutions.

SVIA

SVIA's vision system, PickVision™, is the heart of SVIA's products. PickVision? is a very powerful vision system developed to guide industrial robots.

The system gives the robot eyes so that it can see the parts to be picked! This makes the system flexible because a lot of different items can be run in the same installation without any mechanical resetting. This makes it possible to automate both large and small series sizes in an efficient way.

PickVision™ has a very simple operator's interface. Simplicity and user friendliness are the key words, which mean that new items can be learned in only a few minutes.
