Andpak is a highly diverse contract packager that services the aerospace, electronics, industrial, and consumer markets. We specialize in metal and plastic tube filling, barrier and injection, Semkit® filling, syringe filling, Clip-Paks®, dual cartridges and syringes, form, and fill & seal packages. Basic cartridge, bottle, can and jar filling services are also available. Colour pigmentation, UV tracer, filler addition to pre-selected materials, and viscosity adjustment are all services available from Andpak.

Products

Burst Seal Packs

A range of laminate film flexible packs in clear or aluminium foil laminates. Burst seal packs have multiple compartments to keep product components apart until they need to be mixed for use. These packs are suitable for adhesives, resins and coatings with 2 or 3 components. We fill them with 100% accurate measures of your products, condition and add nitrogen.

Syringes

Many materials can be fully de-aired for micro dispensing and ease of use. Andpak can also pre-mix and freeze your multiple component products as well as blend in colors or fillers to add value and distinction to your material.

Features:
Syringes are available in black opaque or UV inhibiting translucent amber for UV sensitive or UV curing materials. Luerlock (LL), Luer Slip (L), Taper (T) and Straight (S) fittings are available for all sizes.

Syringes can be manually or pneumatically dispensed and a number of needle dispensing tips available.

Andpak launches www.andpak.eu

Andpak is exhibiting for the second time at the Packaging Innovations show this year. Last year the US based specialist repacker of chemical products for industry had just opened its new UK repackaging centre in West Yorkshire. This year has been extremely busy for Andpak with several major new brands choosing to have their products repacked into novel small formats designed, sourced and filled by Andpak.
