We support commercial graphic design and print suppliers by working through the supply chain. Over the past 30 years we have been successful in developing supply chain partnerships to add value and reduce cost. We do not believe in adding more suppliers to print rosters and are able to support with specialist skills, including product design, material technologies, print processes and environmental performance.

Easibind International has a strong and robust Environmental Management Standards [EMS], with UKAS Accredited ISO 14001 and EC EMAS [Eco Management and Audit Scheme]. FSC Chain of Custody Certification demonstrates our commitment to Paper and Fibre Conservation. Recycling Polymers illustrates our understanding of long life reusable recyclable polymers to protect, present, and promote FSC fibres, to help reduce the carbon footprint. We are a May Day Network Member and have produced our first Carbon Footprint Report to support our May 2008 pledges. Over the last 10 years we have significantly reduced our carbon footprint through our EMS, which includes closed loop collection schemes for recycling fibres and polymers from our customers. We have also achieved the Carbon Trust Standard, which is a first for a Print/Packaging company.

Our investment in UV Offset print technologies brings together three separate global leaders in their field. HP Indigo S2000 Industrial Digital, KBA Waterless, and Man Roland Litho, all combine to produce one standard for small, medium and long run print. For Security, Recognition, Photographic and Personalisation applications, you have a variety of options, including stochastic, microtext, bar codes, guilloche patterns, etc. The diversity of materials ranges from FSC fibres for short life dissolvable, disposable applications, to long life reusable recyclable polymers .This is illustrated in our card services range, which includes FSC Coated, PP Coated, Polyester Coated and Polycarbonate Coated, to offer a card that can last from a few months to 25 years.

At the 2011 Ecopack show, Easibind International will be exhibiting an innovative range of visual active promotions for packaging and promotional applications. This links screen based HD, 3D and Animation with in-store packaging and promotions using sleeves, labels, collars, display units and posters. All design and production is produced in-house using specialist software and UV printing technologies including litho, waterless and digital production.
