• ZANLABEL New! From M-real Zanders Zanlabel – the new double coated label paper range from M-real Speciality Papers It is M-real Zanders’ mission to produce premium innovative specialities and offer you tailor-made solutions. The new Zanlabel quality is in addition to our premium cast coated label paper CHROMOLUX and the uncoated label paper Zanders Trevi, completing the label paper offer now available from M-real Speciality Papers. The M-real Zanders’ label paper experts have developed a premium double coated label paper, Zanlabel, which is available in both standard and wet-strength qualities, in different weights and sizes. M-real Zanders’ expertise in label paper making, which is based on the knowledge from more than 50 years of successful product history of CHROMOLUX wet glue label papers, supported to develop this outstanding label paper. The new product will be produced exclusively at the Gohrsmühle mill in Germany. Zanlabel is combining excellent printing and labelling performances to a unique product with premium character. Printing on Zanlabel is like printing on fine art papers. Its ultra smooth surface guarantees best printing and finishing results as well as excellent hot and cold foil stamping properties. Due to the production method outstanding embossing results are achieved along with excellent bulk and opacity values. Zanlabel convinces with excellent labelling properties. A crucial argument for best wet-glue labels is the die cutting result in which Zanlabel performs exceptionally well. Zanlabel has proved in the first tests its excellent bottling results. Even on high speed bottling lines, – the label positioning is accurate without any blisters or wrinkles. The perfect label look on the bottle supports each brand presentation on the shelf. Zanlabel is available as Zanlabel WS (wet-strength) in 70 g/m² and 75 g/m² and Zanlabel (standard) in 80 g/m² and 90 g/m² in 70 x 100 cm LG and 72 x 102 cm LG from mill stock. • CHROMOLUX in 3D Cooperation between M-real Speciality Papers and ESKO artworks, Ghent (Belgium): All colours and surface finishes of CHROMOLUX now selectable in VISUALIZER 10.0 The VISUALIZER design program, a component of the design program Studio, combines graphic art, printer and construction data quickly and uncomplicatedly to portray highly realistic and animated illustrations of a packaging and label design on the screen. Now, make CHROMOLUX part of the design process from the very start! Artwork professionals can now directly incorporate the surface finishes and colours of CHROMOLUX in their packaging and label designs to create true-to-life, animated 3D visuals under a number of realistic lighting conditions: on the supermarket shelf, outdoors and in closed office spaces. This greatly reduces cost-intensive production of mock-ups and high numbers of trial printouts. VISUALIZER not only illustrates the outcomes of the various CHROMOLUX papers, but additionally simulates all prevalent printing and processing options, for example special lacquers, embossing, foils, laminates and various printing inks. The user is able to integrate and play with all of the varieties, grammages and surfaces of CHROMOLUX. The designer receives an immediate impression of the draft’s appearance and effect and can easily save and send the digitalized, 3D mock-up as a PDF file.
