Electric drives are energy efficient and precise. Hydraulic strong and robust. With a new design for tube processing machines, engineers of transfluid have now combined some advantages of both systems in a hybrid solution that eliminates the disadvantages of the respective drives.

t cut: Material efficiency thanks to chipless tube cutting
In the transfluid-development special attention is paid to the chipless tube cutting technology. This is this very method that is highly economical – when e.g. work proceeds from the coil, when chips are to be avoided in the production process or when large amounts of tubes shall be separated.
The transfluid-systems provide a cutting output of max Ø 30 x 3 for stainless tubes and offer a production speed of up to 1,600 pieces per hour. The shortest cutting length is 25 mm without pulling apart and 55 mm with pulling apart, all with a residual length of 110 mm.
