easyFairs^® offers exhibitors a low-cost, all-in package. Your stand and everything you need is ready and waiting when you arrive.

Participating is time & cost effective for local and international exhibitors alike: just turn up and do business!

BASIC-STAND:

The basic package includes the building of the stall, name board displaying your firm's name, carpet and a daily cleam-up of the stall area. NEW: The Basic package also includes the Online-Tool 'My easyFairs'. This enables you to to use the trade fair's website to display product news, highlights, special offers and press releases, as well as pictures, at no extra cost.

FURNITURE AND ACCESSORIES: 

1 table, 2 chairs, 1 literature rack, 1 waste paper basket, entry in the show catalog, vouchers for visitor admission, 250 invitations to MAINTENANCE to send to your own client base (more provided on request), exhibitors passes inc. free parking.

In addition to all this, the all-in package allows you to take advatantage of a s number of effective promotional materials - to raise awareness of your business easyFairs works closely with the leading, specialist magazines as well as the significant associations in the industry, to provide you with the maximum visibility before, during and agfter the show.
