Moisture analyzers MAC

Moisture analyzers are measuring instruments designed specially for determination of moisture content in relatively small samples of various substances.
Moisture analyzer MAC features:
- easy operation provided by backlit LCD display
- drying profiles (standard, mild, step, rapid).
- finish mode (manual, humidity stabilization, automatic, time defined).
- GLP/GMP printouts and reports
- halogen or infrared lamps
- standard and non-standard applications
- optimization of work due to halogen lamps mode
Maximal capacity of moisture analyzer series MAC ranges from 50 g /1 mg to 210 g/1 mg. Moisture content is measured with accuracy 0,01% (0,001% for samples up to 1,5g). Maximal drying temperature equals 160°C (an extra cost option is moisture analyzer with drying temperature upgraded to250°C).
Each moisture analyzer is equipped with aluminum weighing pan with dimensions ø 90mm.
A moisture analyzer with a specially designed kit enables determining water wapour permeablitity through samples of different substances.

AS Scale

Precision balances of APP/2Y are the response for the growing market demands concerning simple operation and maximum automation of the weighing process.

Balances feature a new electronic module and are operated using a touch panel covering a 5.7” colour graphic display. Y balances have implemented new easily operated software.

Automatic checkweghers DWT/HL/H

Automatic checkweighers series DWT/HL/H are dedicated mainly for systems of Control of Packaged Goods. They are designed for load with maximal capacity below 7,5 kg. They are applied by food, cosmetics and chemical industry.
Stainess steel constuction, control set is based on TMC weighing terminal equippedwith alphanumeric keyboard, separate display for mass and 4 line text display for communication between the weighing instrument and operator. Scale is equipped with numerous additional functions, which allows for cooperation with other devices and data base systems.
Scale have EC type approval, and are offered as EC verified.

Precision balances WLY

Balances series WLY are designed for fast and precise determination of mass in laboratory and industrial conditions. They are the response for the growing market demands concerning simple operation and maximum automation of the weighing process. WLY series is designed for cooperation with bar code scanners, receipt printers, RFiD scanners and PC peripherals (mouse, keyboard, USB memory sticks).

DESIGN AND FUNCTIONALITY
All models in WLY range are equipped with stainless steel weighing pan and touch panel covering a 5.7” colour graphic display and membrane keyboard. WLY series offers:
- programmable display and function keys,
- programmable infrared proximity sensors,
- programmable printouts,
- freely modifiable text information visible on balance display.

Automatic feeder PA-02/H

Automatic feeder PA-02 is designed to ensure even dosing of objects with small dimensions, in particular pills and capsules, as well as small mechanical parts. The feeder carries out dosing to a weighing pan of a balance to which it is attached.
If joined with a RADWAG analytical balance series 2Y, it provides fast static control of samples according to strict pharmaceutical requirements.
