LS Control is a 100% Danish company, which since 1969 has delivered electronics for controllers and regulators to quality conscious companies. Initially our strong point was electronic components for ventilation plants, and even though this is still an important business area, many other areas and products have been included since.

Our comprehensive experience and on-going training programs are very important to our customers. Furthermore we work according to ISO 9001 standards, resulting in a tight and structured project management leading to uniform and high quality products.

Equally important, we are not only an R&D company, we also implement the projects including manufacturing of prototypes, 0-series and final products. We undertake the entire process thereby minimizing the number of partners the customer needs to involve in the project. Depending on the project the production will be in Denmark or abroad.

The same strong and broad foundation characterizes the owner structure. MultiControllers for EC Control 230V

Versatile, programmable and user friendly

The choice when you are looking for a versatile and programmable series of multi controllers specially designed for EC motors. This series of MultiControllers are designed to meet the future need for flexibility in the control of a variety of parameters combined with user friendly operation.

All the MultiControllers are equipped with the same user interface. They are therefore very easy to operate in simple installations as well as in more complex installations. They are equipped with a number of in- and outputs and a RS485 serial interface with a MODBUS® protocol.

An integrated scheduler makes it easy to set up the unit for automatic switch between individual output signals; up to 10 shifts per day, 7 days a week. The scheduler is equipped with a battery back-up supplying the controller for a minimum of 72 hours in case of power failure.

Various accessories are available including a range of sensors, power supplies and potentiometers.

The display comes in the following languages: German, English, Danish and Swedish.

Z-point for EC fans

Potentiometer for speed control of e.g. EC motors and frequency converters as well as other equipment with a 10V reference output and a 0-10V control signal. The potentiometer shaft disconnects the power supply to the EC motor when it is turned to the outer position contra clockwise (indicated by a distinct click). Internal trimmer for adjustment of minimum output voltage 0-1.6 VDC.

CO2 Sensor / ES 899

The CO₂sensor is a combined sensor and regulator for a wide range of applications. For full control of ventilation in offices and/or as CO₂sensor in more complicated ventilation systems.

It is provided with two independent 0-10V outputs. A proportional output based on the current CO₂level, and one control output designed for control of damper or ventilation plant. Room temperature can be included as a control parameter.

Both design and ease-of-use have been prioritised:
•Easy to set-up, install and adjust.

•Discreet sensor ideal for mounting in households and office
environments.
•Control of ventilation plant based on temperature and CO

CO2 Sensor Basic / ES 999

The CO₂ sensor is a sensor for a wide range of applications. In combination with eg. MultiController it could be used for full control of ventilation in a single room and/or as CO₂ sensor in more complicated ventilation systems.

The CO₂ sensor is provided with a 0-10V proportional output based on the current CO₂ level to be used as input signal for the controller of a damper or ventilation plant.

Both design and ease-of-use have been prioritised.

In combination with our 24V DC power supply type PowerSupply 0.1-24E with integrated setpoint relay a very easy implemented on/off operation is achived. For more fine tuned regulation LS Control recommend using the MultiController E Regulate or MultiController E 0-100%.

PowerSupply 0.1-24 E Setp. / ES 963

PowerSupply 0.1-24 E is a 24V DC power supply for 230V AC mains supply through a SMPS power supply.
The power supply is intended for use with e.g. the ES 899 CO2 sensor, but it is also suitable for use with other products.
Furthermore the unit is able to compare the voltage on a 0-10V input with the potentiometer setting on the printed circuit board. If the input voltage exceeds the potentiometer setting the relay opens. It is also possible to connect an external potentiometer or a 0-10V signal instead of the internal potentiometer.

DuctSensor temp humidity / ES 991

Sensor for measuring of temperature and humidity in ventilation ducts.

The sensor measures the temperature of the air in the duct by a NTC sensor and humidity by a humidity sensor. The sensor is mounting with a bracket which can be used as a drilling template (to be ordered separately). After the holes have been drilled in the duct (18 and 5 mm drills) the bracket and sensor is mounted with screws.

The sensor must be turned in such a way that the humidity sensor faces downwards (and the NTC sensor consequently faces upwards) - thereby ensuring that condensate, if any, does not rest on the humidity sensor but runs out of the sensor.

DuctSensor Flow / ES 989

Sensor for measuring of air velocity in ventilation ducts.

The sensor uses the cooling properties of the air to measure the air velocity in ventilation ducts. It comes with a mounting bracket which can be used as a drilling template. After a hole has been drilled in the duct (18 and5 mm drills) the bracket and sensor is mounted with screws.

It is important that the sensor is not installed in an area with turbulens, i.e. it should not be installed in proximity to an elbow or a junction.

ES 277 Tryktransducer 0-10kPa 0-10V

Pressure transducer 0-10kPa for measuring of negative, positive or differential pressure. The transducer measures negative, positive or differential pressure depending on the connection of the tube. As standard supplied for measuring of negative pressure.

The pressure transducer is designed for operation with equipment with a power supply of 15-24V DC. The pressure transducer is specially developed for operation on ventilation plants. It may, however, also be used for other purposes.
The pressure transducer supplies a 0-10V output control signal.

The pressure transducer is intended for use in clean, dry and non aggressive air/gas.

Also available in a model for area 0-5KPa.

PressureSensor 0-25 Pa/ ES 961

PressureTransducer 0-25Pa with 0-10V DC output signal based on micro-flow measurement.

The pressure transducer is equipped with a half/full scale selector. Use the jumper to switch between half scale and full scale. In half scale mode, the output voltage is 10 volt at 50% of the sensors maximum. Example: In half scale mode the pressure transducer has an output of 0V at 0Pa and 10V at 250Pa. If the unit in half scale mode is exposed to a pressure outside the max range, the output voltage may increase to 12V.

The pressure transducer is available for other pressure ranges than the one mentioned above.

NB! The pressure transducer is only to be used in a non condensing environment and in non aggressive air.

PressureSensor 0-500 Pa / ES 11

PressureSensor - sensor for measuring of negative, positive and differential pressures. The output voltage is standard 0-10V, and it is proportional to the surrounding pressure. The pressure sensor is specially designed for use in ventilation plants, but it can also be used for other purposes.

VentilationAlarm EP1 20-2kPa

Control unit for monitoring of ventilation.

Pressure alarm with internal pressure switch, change over relay and battery backup of 6 - 8 hours in case of power failure.

The pressure alarm is intended for control of ventilation plants, but can also be used for e.g. control of local exhaust ventilation.

If the pressure drops, an integrated audible and red light alarm is activated. The light alarm will be deactivated when the pressure returns to normal level. It is possible to mute the audible alarm by pressing the button on the front, and it will not revert to active mode until the pressure has returned to normal level. A green light on the front is active when power is connected.

For proper functioning of the pressure alarm, power must be connected to clamp L2 from the switch operating the ventilation plant. Clamp L1 must be connected to mains supply which only is disrupted in case of power failure.

When the ventilation plant - and at the same time also the pressure alarm - is turned on - the red light alarm will be activated (low pressure) there as the audible alarm will only be activated if normal pressure is not reached after approx. 30 seconds.
