easyFairs offers you multiple opportunities to profile yourself at HVAC 2011. You may build your stand on your own, but easyFairs also offers you a few all-in packages to choose from, depending on your needs and objectives. Check out our two ALL-IN packages - or if you only need space, consider SPACE+!

Basic All-in stand: If your main goal is to make contacts and gather new sales leads, and all you really need is a functional stand to present your materials and to do business in a professional way... Then is this stand for you!

Each ALL-IN package (12m² > 40 m², see below for prices) includes:

The All-in+ Package

If your goal is to present yourself prominently and in addition to collecting leads and making new contacts, you also want to meet your customers in a more high-profile surrounding that conveys your corporate identity all without investing in building your own stand... Then this is your dream package!

Each ALL-IN PLUS package (40m² > 120m², see below for prices) includes:
Height of stand: max. 4,5m

storage room with door
electricity switchboard (3000W)
water supply + sink
three banners with your logo

a high counter

The Space+ Package

easyFairs stands for sustainability. Specific to the easyFairs concept, is the reusability of the stand material. We keep our ecological footprint as small as possible. If you have a reusable stand, we would like to present you with the opportunity to also use it at HVAC 2011.
