Stainless steel centrifugal pumps

Packo stainless steel pumps are used in the food (EHEDG), pharma, and fine chemical industries. The standard range goes up to 1000 m³/h, 12 bar. Packo develops pumps according to ISO 9001 and tailor-made pumps. Packo pumps are distributed worldwide.

Expansion Packo test bench from 500 to 1000 m³/h.

Packo has enlarged its test bench up to 1000 m³/h, 110 kW and 12 bar. This was necessary because of the further extension of the ICP3, ICP4 and FP3 pumps.
The test bench's piping has a diameter of 300 mm. There is a frequency convertor of 110 kW where all pump characteristics on all number of revolutions between 500 and 3600 t/min can be measured. The absorbed power is registered with a torque meter with a reach up to 1000 Nm. This will cover a further enlargement up to 150 kW on 1450 t/min.
With the installation we can create a vacuum to measure NPSH values efficiently.
The processing of the measurements is directly read in by a pc where they are being processed online.

Pompe MCP3

The MCP3 series, which is based on the proven ICP3 range, provides a large flow rate with moderate pressure. They are extremely efficient and have reduced noise levels due to the perfect volute shape of the pump casing which is made from investment cast 316L stainless steel. This means that they are particularly suitable for the transfer and circulation of high liquid volumes with low power consumption. Typical applications are the filtration of wine, beer and other beverages where smooth pumping is required.
The pumps incorporate standard IEC motors and are fitted with the same standard seals that are used in the ICP3 pumps.

Manufacturing takes place at the ISO 9001-certified Packo plant in Diksmuide, Belgium.

The transferred products pass through the pump in a straight line. There are no bends or constrictions. They are not touching any moving or spinning part,

The range goes up to 1100 m³/h - 110 kW.
