What a success the first easyFairs FASTIGHETS fair was in Stockholm, 2009! The expected number of visitors was around 1900 people – but almost 4000 decision-makers came. Many of the 120 exhibitors stated that it was their best trade fair - ever!
In 2010 easyFairs FASTIGHETSMÄSSA will be held in Malmö. It is the first time that all suppliers will have the opportunity to meet the most important decision-makers in the Öresund region over two intensive days.
The Öresund region is northern Europe’s biggest growth area, with more inhabitants, businesses and properties than any other region in the Nordic countries, and one which is continuing to grow despite these difficult times.
While planning the trade fair we have spoken to more than 70 decision-makers throughout the Öresund region. A property fair is not only wanted by people on both sides of the water, there is also a clear need with many millions to be invested in the near future.
It will be a major meeting place because easyFairs FASTIGHETSMÄSSA Öresund is being held in parallel with easyFairs ELMÄSSA ÖRESUND and easyFairs SKYDD & SÄKERHET. Three trade fairs under the same roof will generate thousands of visitors – investment in a trade fair doesn’t get better than this.
