• MaxiPouch - FFS Stand-up Pouch with Carrying Handle Nederlands MaxiPouch is een uniek verpakkingssysteem voor FFS afvulmachines. In vergelijking met standaard FFS folie, is de Maxi Pouch helemaal afgestemd op de wensen van de eindklant. De handige draaggreep die uit 4 lagen folie bestaat is niet alleen heel stevig, maar zorgt tevens voor een hoog draagcomfort, zelfs bij zware producten. Daar de zak ook rechtop kan staan, biedt dit veel mogelijkheden voor promotionele doeleinden op het POS. De top slider houdt het product langer vers en zuiver. MaxiPouch combineert voor de eerste keer een volautomatische afvulling op bestaande FFS afvulapparatuur met een high end verpakkingsdesign. Tegelijkertijd opent dit product een heel nieuw spectrum van afvulgroottes die vroeger niet mogelijk waren op de "grote" machines. Zo kan men naast de bestaande 25 kg verpakking ook tot 5 kg of 10 kg verpakkingen maken op dezelfde machine English MaxiPouch is a unique packaging innovation for FFS filling systems. The convenient carrying handle comprising four layers takes care of carrying comfort, secure even when contents are heavy. The standing pouch supports product presentations with additional promotional space and ensures sturdiness. The top slider keeps the contents fresh and clean. MaxiPouch combines for the very first time fully-automatic and efficient FFS filling with a high quality packaging design. At the same time it opens up a new spectrum of packaging sizes for FFS filling lines. Apart from standard sizes such as 25kg now small (e.g. 5kg) and medium-size packaging (e.g. 10kg) can at last be filled in the FFS format on existing fiilling lines.

• NordiPURE® -The Innovative Bag in Bag System Nederlands NordiPURE® is een PE verpakking voor het hygienisch verpakken van vulgoed. Een dubbellaags FFS folie, met zijvouwen of als Blokzak verkrijgbaar. Deze verpakking leent zich uitstekend voor producten en sectoren met hoge zuiverheid vereisten. Niet zoals de vroegere bag in bag principes, waar het vaak om aparte zakken ging die semi-automatisch afgevuld werden, of waar de binnenste verpakking handmatig in de buitenste verpakking moest gestopt worden, is NordiPURE vanaf de rol volautomatisch af te vullen. NordiPURE® kan makkelijk afgevuld worden op bestaande afvulmachines of op nieuwere machines. De buitenste laag dient als bescherming, zo wordt de binnenste verpakking vrij gehouden van stof en vuil en is er geen kans op contaminatie door bvb drukinkten. De buitenste laag dient ook als transportverpakking en kan desgewenst voorzien worden van bvb embossing of bedrukking. Dankzij de vooraf geperforeerde buitenlaag, kan deze probleemloos en zonder hulpmiddelen integraal verwijderdt worden, zonder resten na te laten op de binnenverpakking. Unlike the previous bag in bag principle which involves filling single bags and usually putting the inner bag into the outer sleeve by hand, NordiPURE® is drawn fully-automatically from a roller magazine, wound on to a roll and processed. NordiPURE® can be processed smoothly on new or old filling machines. The outer sleeve serves as a protective cover which reliably protects the inner sack from contamination and assumes all other transport protection functions (e.g. anti-slip properties). An effective promotional printing of the outer sleeve is also possible. Thanks to its pre-perforation, the outer sleeve can be easily removed before further processing without tools and without leaving residue behind

• NorDiVent® - PE Bag Packaging for Powdery Products Nederlands Met NorDiVent® heeft Nordfolien een uiterst efficiënte oplossing gevonden om poedervormige producten stofvrij te verpakken en waterdicht te stockeren.
