Film on reelDutch Pack offers high quality films ranging from a single layer foil to multi layer laminates. We supply printed and unprinted films to various clients in the food and non-food industry. Depending on the protection your product needs, we offer all types of barriers including EVOH, Surlyn, Siox and Alox. In printing, we offer the choice between flexo (rubbers) and rotogravure (copper plate). For smaller production runs we can offer digital print. |

Pre-formed Bags / DoypacksDutch Pack offers a wide variety of customized pre-formed bags. We supply printed and unprinted bags in all types of materials to various industries. In printing we offer the choice between flexo (rubbers) and rotogravure (copper plate). |

SleevesBeside printed films, pre-formed pouches and a variety of other packaging materials we offer sleeves against competitive prices. A sleeve allows you to use 360 degrees for communication and marketing. Qualities we supply are PVC, OPS or PET. Rotogravure printing up to 9 colours and shrink grade in line with your request. We can apply both vertical and horizontal perforation and deliver the sleeves in roll- or cut-form. |

Sterilisable + Pasteurisable PackagingDutch Pack offers high quality laminates with Aluminium or Siox / Alox barrier for optimal protection and increased shelf-life. These laminates are suitable for sterilization or pasteurization. We supply various clients in the food and non-food industry with this type of films. We also offer metal-free, transparent, laminates suitable for sterilization and microwave-oven use. In printing we offer the choice between flexo (rubbers) and rotogravure (copper plate). |

Dutch Pack focus is on on Flat Bottom pouch en Spouted pouches during Empack
You probably know DutchPack of film on reel and preformed pouches. During Empack in Den Bosch we also focus on two new concepts in flexibele packaging:
• Flat Bottom pouch
Besides the well known stand-up pouches we now offer a new model: the Flat Bottom pouch, which also goes by the name of Box pouch. The advantages are:
o Visibility – excellent shelf impact, more stable while standing
o Material – optimal use of foil, so environmentally friendlier
o Volume – optimal use of space in the packaging
• Spouted Pouches
Preformed pouches with reclosable spout are innovative and consumer friendly; pouring a liquid product has never been so easy.
The bags can be used for many applications, in both food and non-food industries.
