New cable ladder system with uniform design
Vergokan presents a totally new series of cable ladders. The new uniform system is not only innovative and performant, it is also particularly adaptable.
Vergokan offers four new types of cable ladders : light, medium heavy, heavy cable ladders and heavy cable ladders for large spans. All types can be used for a wide range of electrical installations in industry, in buildings, for infrastructure, and in tunnels.
Vergokan brings again a unique and ingenious innovative design on the market. Vergokan strives mainly towards uniformity in the design of the new range of cable ladders. The new ladders has a main feature an identical S-shaped side wall. From light to heavy cable ladders, each ladder will be recognizable by the same design.
The system is also very flexible, and lends itself perfectly to offer tailor-made solutions. Length, width and rung distance may vary according to the needs of the customer. Vergokan will support the customer in finding the ideal solution. -
When speed really matters…
New assembly video for KBS – KBSI – KBSTI
You will see an electrical installer at work in this new cable support system assembly video. He is installing 18 metres KBS, KBSI and KBSTI cable support systems, including two bends.
This video clearly shows that, when speed really matters, Vergokan delivers the ideal cable support systems for fast installations.
The installer starts by putting together the traditional KBS cable trays and makes a number of accessories himself. He then proceeds to assemble the KBSI cable trays with interlocking ends and the snap-in KBSTI cable trays.
Compared to the traditional cable tray system, when using the KBSI, the installer will save no less than 70% in assembly time. And if he wishes to install the system even faster, he can opt for the KBSTI and save 80% of that time.

Novelties within E90 Fire-Resistant Systems
Vergokan recently tested new non-standard constructions, according the DIN 4102-12 standard. This resulted in an update of Vergokan’s E90 Fire-Resistant Systems. These constructions are tested with Dätwyler, Prysmian and Prakab cables.
The new constructions are constructions without threaded rod and composed with KBSI and KBSTI (gauge 1 mm and 0,75 mm).
