    RIDGID® Introduces 600 Series Instrument Tubing Bender for
    up to 180-degree - quick and accurate- bending of Stainless Steel tubing

    RIDGID® introduces the 600 Series Instrument Tubing Bender for quick, accurate bends of stainless steel tubing but also other hard tubing like steel and titanium. The 600 series benders offer up to 60% force savings compared to traditional benders.

    The latest member of the RIDGID stainless steel product family is capable of bending tubes 3/16 inch to 12 mm in diameter with bend radiuses ranging from 5/8 inch to 38 mm. It offers a two-stage handle system to allow bends from 90-180 degrees without ever crossing handles, keeping bends in-plane and accurate. Users can also lock and unlock the bender with a half-turn rotation of the bending handle.

    Additionally, the 600 Series includes clearly visible gain marks to ensure properly aligned bending angles, along with roll dies in the product’s heavy-duty bending carriage to reduce tube flattening.

    The bender also offers users up to 60 percent force savings compared to traditional benders thanks to extra-long handles that provide increased leverage, a vise clamp block that provides extra stability when making bends and cushioned handle grips for improved bending ease.

    “The 600 Series was designed to make bends much easier without sacrificing accuracy,” said Enver Celik, Product Manager for Ridge Tool Europe. “With its ergonomic design and easy 180-degree switch, the bender is an excellent option for tradesmen who need a quick and easy solution for making stainless steel and other hard tubing bends.”

    RIDGID® Introduces SeeSnake® CS10 Digital Monitor for
    One-Touch Digital Inspection Recordings

    RIDGID® introduces the new rugged SeeSnake® CS10 digital monitor for simple, full feature digital recording.

    The one-touch feature enables the CS10 digital monitor to record still images and video. The monitor features video and image playback and the exclusive auto-log recording method, which compresses files to help save memory on the USB stick, where digital inspections are stored.

    The monitor comes with the SeeSnake® HQ software, a PC-based program that allows images and video of an inspection to be imported and stored on a computer for easy media sharing through PDF reports, DVD burning.

    The 12.1-inch monitor with enhanced daylight readability provides professionals with the ability to clearly view and diagnose line blockages via high-performance RIDGID SeeSnake cameras.

    Digital recording is now as easy as VHS and DVD recording with the CS10 digital monitor. The one-touch recording feature enables digital simplicity for contractors that have been searching for a user-friendly solution.

    RIDGID® Introduces SeeSnake® nanoReel Industrial Inspection Camera System, the Newest Addition to Its SeeSnake Inspection Product Line

    RIDGID® announces the newest addition to the RIDGID® SeeSnake® inspection product line, the SeeSnake nanoReel industrial inspection camera system.

    The RIDGID SeeSnake nanoReel N85S system with a camera head of only 15.5mm is used for ultra-small diameter lines ranging from 25 to 50 mm lines with the ability to make tight turns for specialized applications. The lightweight, compact drain inspection camera system allows users to push cable distances of up to 25 meters. At 4.1 kg, the portable nanoReel inspection camera system can easily be transported to and from jobsites. Boiler tubes, supply lines, sprinkler systems and a wide array of specialty applications can now be inspected with the new SeeSnake nanoReel industrial inspection camera system.

    For additional flexibility on jobsites, the nanoReel internal drum cartridge can be removed from the housing assembly and can be exchanged with optional interchangeable drums to allow the nanoReel inspection camera system to fit specific applications. The RIDGID SeeSnake microReel L100 and L100C drums are used on lines ranging from 40 mm - to 125mm and offer stiffer push cables to allow the user to inspect lines up to 30 meters. The RIDGID SeeSnake microDrain™ D30 and D65S drums are used on lines ranging from 40mm to 100mm including P-traps, toilet traps, and pool lines up to 20 meters.

    The nanoReel industrial inspection camera system is the newest addition to the SeeSnake inspection product line and it opens new possibilities in long run small-diameter industrial inspections. It can be used with all SeeSnake monitors and recording options, as well as the new RIDGID micro CA-300 or microEXPLORER® digital inspection

    RIDGID® announces the newest addition to the RIDGID Hand-Held Diagnostic and Inspection product line, the RIDGID micro CA-300, a purpose-built, hand-held, digital recording inspection camera.

    The RIDGID micro CA-300 camera offers an easy way to diagnose and document job site problems. The unit records images and videos and integrates audio with a built-in microphone and speaker, allowing for recorded insights and to playback problems in hard-to-reach areas.

    The micro CA-300 digital recording inspection camera features user-adjustable image rotation and digital zoom to get the perfect view. The unit comes equipped with a rugged anodized aluminum camera head with four bright LEDS to provide improved lighting and perfect image quality. The unit also comes equipped with a rechargeable Li-Ion battery, which is compatible with the microEXPLORER, or the unit can be plugged directly into the wall with a DC plugin for an alternate power supply.

The user can access anything close with just the camera or go as long as 30 meters with the microReel.
