By Air

One way to access this city is by air, arriving at one of Colombia's major airports: the Alfonso Bonilla Aragón International Airport, located very close to the city of Santiago de Cali, in the town of Palmira, north of the city.

However, for passengers who travel frequently to Colombia, it is desirable to have a business visa, which must be requested in one of the country’s consulates.

The international airlines operating daily at the International Airport Alfonso Bonilla Aragón are Avianca, Satena, and Aerorepublica.

By Land

You can also get to the city of Santiago de Cali by land, since the Valle del Cauca region has an extensive road network.

Such roads make possible a permanent connection with the rest of cities; on the other hand, the Pan-American Highway also crosses its territory.

Starting in the country’s capital, Bogota, and using the Pan-American Highway, it is possible to get to Cali after traveling about five hundred miles by paved roads.
