By Air

One possibility to access this city is by air, arriving at one of the major airports in Colombia, the Alfonso Bonilla Aragón International Airport.

This airport is located very close to the city of Santiago de Cali, in the town of Palmira, north of the city.

However, in the case of passengers who travel frequently to Colombia, it is desirable to have a business visa, which must be requested in one of the country’s consulates.

The international airlines operating daily at the International Airport Alfonso Bonilla Aragón are Avianca, Satena, and Aerorepublica.

By Land

You can also get to the city of Santiago de Cali by land, since the Valle del Cauca region has, in general, an extensive road network.

Such roads make possible a permanent connection with the rest of cities; on the other hand, the Pan-American Highway also crosses its territory.

Initiating in the country’s capital, Bogota, and using the Pan-American Highway, it is possible to get to Cali after traveling about five hundred miles by paved roads.
