All-in Package

Stand module
At SyMas you can choose a stand to fit your needs and budget. We offer four sizes of fully equipped and signed stands: 9, 12, 15 and 18 m². You can reserve up to four stands (within the existing floor plan) in any configuration, e.g. four linked stands – a so called “island”, or two corner stands*, etc.

Furniture and fittings
The fixed price includes all charges for the stand and remains unchanged until the end of the event.  Stand module includes: stand build, fascia board with company name (up to 20 characters), navy-blue flooring, lighting and a 230V 2 kW power outlet, furniture (table, two chairs, two wall shelves, a waste bin), visitor invitations and exhibitor tags. Whichever stand size you choose, everything is ready when you arrive:

Visitor promotion:
easyFairs gives you a complete programme of highly targeted promotional activities. We work in close cooperation with prominent trade magazines and user organisations. Plus, we give you at least 250 visitor invitations (if you need more, simply ask) and provide a variety of online and traditional communications tools to raise your visibility before, during and after the show.

Additional equipment can be purchased separately.

To raise your visibility before, during and after the show, just sign up for an easyFairs^® BOOSTER PACK!

• Your company’s name and logo appear in e-mail news before start and after the end of the event
• Your logo appears in the event’s Internet service and ensures your company's visibility on the floorplan
  
• You may display a rollup at the registration or meeting point, or have one of our hostesses distribute your company's leaflet or flyer among the visitors.

 12 m²:  PLN 6420 + 23% VAT
 15 m²:  PLN 7940 + 23% VAT
 18 m²:  PLN 9110 + 23% VAT

Price list after 01.05.2011:

  9 m²:  PLN 5350 + 23% VAT 
12 m²:  PLN 6670 + 23% VAT 
15 m²:  PLN 8105 + 23% VAT 
18 m²:  PLN 9450 + 23% VAT

*Extra charge for a corner stand is PLN 500 + 23% VAT
