Sachet machine SP 600

The SP 600 belongs to the newest generation of sachet machines. It has a cGMP-conform design, a hydraulic free sealing by means of a servo drive, and is made of 100 % high quality steel. As a result the SP 600 is perfectly suited for packaging tasks in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, or food industry.

Furthermore, the modular machine configuration of the SP 600 guarantees our customers a high degree of flexibility in the adequate selection of additional features. The sealing devices that can be opened 180 degrees on both sides allow for a simple and quick exchange of the sealing units. The SP 600 works on an upper limit of 16 lines.

Its maximum working width measures 600 mm and its maximum performance allows 100 cycles per minute. The sachet output depends on the quantity of sachets per cycle.

Stickpack machine SSP 800

Our versatile multi-lane SSP 800-stickpack machine can be customized from 1 to 20 lanes to form different shapes of stickpack pouches.

With an appropriate dosing system it is capable to fill various products like powdery, dense, fine, loose, and special materials, as well as liquids and semiliquids into stickpack pouches. Furthermore, the SSP 800 is able to form and seal different pouch shapes including pour spots, tear notches and easy-open systems.

Tubular bag machine BFFV 210

The BFFV 210 forms, fills and seals semi-tubular bags made from PE or PP. This packaging machine works intermittently and takes off the foil vertically. In contrast to a common tubular bag machines, the BFFV 210 does not need any forming components, like a filling pipe or forming collar.

Thus, it can handle diverse product dimensions without complicated and time-wasting adjustments. Furthermore, the machine‘s conception allows customized add-ons and a multitude of different counting, weighing or dosing options, as well as an automated feeding where required.

The BFFV 210 can pack lots of different products. Typical applications are the packaging of spare parts, electronic devices, plastic parts, valves and accessories, all sorts of small parts, do-it-yourself supplies and many more.

Sachet machine SP 200

Bag forming, bag filling and bag sealing machine BHS 800

The bag forming, filling and sealing machine BHS 800 fabricates side sealed bags in different sizes. In an indexing table with 8 stations the bags are formed out of flat film, filled and finally closed.

As the machine concept allows customized adaptions or add-ons, it is perfectly suitable for a variety of loose materials.

Bag filling and sealing machine BVS 300

The packaging system BVS 300 is designed as a compact filling and sealing system for prefabricated cross bottom, satchel or side seam bags. The packaging process is fully automated from taking up the bag to opening, filling and closing it.

The fully automatic dosing of fillers can be carried out by different systems, e. g. by a computer-controlled multi-head weigher or an auger dosing. All functions of the entire system are controlled and regulated by a central PLC.

Bag sealing machine BV 310

The bag sealing machine BV 310 closes pre-fabricated cross bottom, satchel or side seam bags made of various materials. The double-turned top can be closed according to customer requirements (e. g. glued, sealed or closed with a label).

The combination of the basis machine with different add-ons, like for instance a metaldetector with a weighing machine and exfiltration, allow multiple extensions of the bag sealing machine.

The comprehensive versions and the ease of use of the BV 310 offer a wide range of application and meet high requirements.

Cardboard box erector for trays KA 500

The cardboard erector KA 500 is a flexible and compact facility for erecting trays. A quick and simple change of formats is guaranteed by continuously adjustable matrices as well as a user-friendly application.

The folded box blanks are taken out of a magazine and transported by a blank pusher onto the matrix. During transport, hot melt is applied selectively on the intended box sections by the hot melt system. After pressing the glued blank onto the matrix, the plunger starts with a short stroke and then presses the blank with a long stroke through the matrix.

Due to the co-operation of plunger and matrix the blank is erected to a tray. The formed blank stays fixed on the countermark during the whole transaction process. After driving out the plunger of the tray, the pressing of the box interior starts. After pressing, the ready erected tray is conveyed to the discharging transport belt.

Cardboard erector for folded boxes KAF 800

The Cardboard erector for folded boxes KAF 800 is applied for the automated erection of cardboard boxes made of a flat blank. The blanks are manually inserted into the folded box magazine. Moveable side guidances enable the use of different blanks and thus format variations.

The pivot arm of the box take-off takes the first folded box blank off the magazine by vacuum suckers. Then it is transported onto the matrix by a blank pusher. The plunger starts with a short stroke and then presses the blank with a long stroke through the matrix.

Due to the co-operation of plunger and matrix the blank is erected to a folded box. The formed blank stays fixed on the countermark during the whole transaction and engagement process. After driving out the plunger of the folded box blank, the pressing and engaging of the box interior begins. Due to the design of the folding sheets, the engagement nibs are pivoted and engaged. After engagement, the ready erected folded box is taken off the folding sheets with the countermark.

The pusher takes the ready folded box and conveys it over a folding plate onto a discharging transport belt.

Cardboard box filling and closing machine KVM 40

The cardboard boxes filling and closing machine is designated for the automated packaging of e. g. candies (chocolate bars, waffle products) into cardboard boxes. These boxes are erected, filled and closed automatically.

The magazine for the cut-outs is fed via conveyor. Afterwards, these cut-outs are taken from the magazine. Then they are erected and inserted to the production process. The feeding of the sorted chocolate bars or waffle products is realized via conveyor, too. Subsequently, the products are pushed into the box and the side flaps are applied to the box body. After the application of the lower front flap, glue is spread on the upper front flap which is afterwards applied to the body as well. Finally the box is marked, erected and discharged.

Horizontal cartoner with labeling machine and stacker KHE 620

The horizontal cartoner with labeling machine and stacker KHE 620 is used for the fully automated packaging of filter cartridges in the automotive industry. It is a highly flexible facility with a clear structure which is very easy to handle. For meeting the requirements of the automotive industry, it is possible to change formats within minutes only.

The feeding of the filter cartridges can be realized manually or automatically via transition belt. Following, separation and counting of the filter cartridges takes place. For the packaging of two filter cartridges it is necessary to pick up every second filter, turn it around and place it on the lower one. Thus, the filter cartridges are grouped and can be handed over to the carton filling station.

The folded boxes are taken out of a magazine, which is manually fed. Subsequently, they are erected and handed over to the filling station. The grouped filter cartridges are inserted into a folded box and closed afterwards. Additionally, both closing sides get a label.

Thus, originality of the sealing can be proofed. Afterwards, a certain amount of filled boxes is grouped automatically and discharged as a pile.
