Evolution

Evolution is the innovative new generation of machines equipped with the new Standard 6 strap path. SoniXs ultrasound technology is standard on these machines. Maintenance is a snap thanks to their open, readily accessible design. The machines can be quickly and easily disassembled and reassembled without any tools. Cleaning and maintenance have never been easier.

The new sealing unit works with a standardized strap path, which is identical on all Evolution machines regardless of whether they are equipped with ultrasonic or heat welding units. All the other core assemblies such as the strap magazine, strap guide frame, dispenser, or spooler have also been redesigned and standardized. This way an Evolution machine can be assembled as a modular system in a variety of configurations to address the customer's specific needs. "The modular design concept that we are presenting is the way of the future for us. We plan to continuously extend this concept to other types of machines," stated Timo Mosca, chairman of the board and CEO of Mosca AG of Waldbrunn. "Not only does it expand the service we provide to our customers, it also offers greater flexibility in the choice of models, broadening the range of applications."

The machine is manufactured as a table-top model for manual operation and as a fully automatic unit that can be integrated into a production line. Already a market success story, the table-top model is available in eight different frame sizes up to a frame width of 1,650 mm. The fully automatic version is equipped with either conveyor belts or a roller conveyor system. Both versions are available in three sizes up to a frame width of 1,000 mm.
