Kornelis develops and produces closures and closing concepts for packaging. We specialise in customised designs, however we also provide a wide range of standard closures from 31 to 110 mm for glass and plastic containers. We offer several lining systems to provide tamper evidence.

Kornelis has an own R&D Department and in house tool shop.

Kornelis uses modern techniques like 2 component injection moulding and in-mould labeling.

Products

70 mm SP400 cap with in mould label

The 70mm SP400 cap has the possibility to integrate an in mould label into the cap. The in mould label makes it possible to decorate the caps with high quality print.

E-cap - light weight closures

New range of light weight standard twist off caps, now available in 63 - 66 - 70 - 77 and 82 mm.
Available with printed tamper evident seal. Choose from a wide range of standard colours and high gloss translucent materials. The E-caps will be soon available with in mould labels also.As an added benefit, both caps and in-mould labels will be made of PP, making the finished ensemble 100% recyclable!

Standard closures 31 mm to 110 mm

Kornelis has a wide range of standard caps (twist of, roll on and snap caps) from 43 to 110 mm, for e.g.: creamers, coffee, peanut butter, honey, etc.
Our caps are available in 150 standard colours. It is possible to have an embossing on top of the cap with your own brand or logo.
