VersaUV LEC-330

The VersaUV LEC-330 is a UV ink curable 30"-wide inkjet printer/cutter. The machine is based on the award-winning VersaUV technology. The LEC-330 prints CMYK+White+Gloss for luxurious, customized graphics with unique special effects and finishes. The machine delivers greater overall performance and versatility than the previous model, with higher image quality, up to twice the productivity in standard print mode and support for an even wider range of materials, including rigid substrates. The LEC-330 is ideal for applications ranging from high-end package prototypes to control panels and small lot labels and decals.

VersaCAMM VS-640

Metallic and white, printing and cutting, speed and quality... The VersaCAMM VS-640's possibilities are almost unlimited. The machine allows you to make brilliant posters, stickers, textile transfers, signs, banners, labels and more with fabulous metallic colours. You can have this 1.6m wide machine with four, six or eight colours. Choose the colour combination that fits your company best!

The VersaCAMM VS-640 is Roland DG's largest and most versatile printer/cutter to date. The machine combines the industry's latest print head technology with the renowned Roland print&cut system. A new Roland Metallic Color Library includes a range of metallic and pearlescent colours, including gold, silver and pearlecent colours. You can also equip the printer/cutter with an optional advanced take-up unit for unattended production.

MODELA PRO-II MDX-540

You can use the MDX-540 to produce prototypes and industrial models in a fast and most accurate way. Production is done using SRP (Subtractive Rapid Prototyping) technology. The machine can be fitted with an automatic tool changer, a rotary axis and a T-slot table, which offer a large variety of modelling applications. The MDX-540 is standard delivered with the user-friendly SRP Player CAM software.

The LEC-330 is one of Roland DG's UV printers/cutters with the unique ability to print matt and gloss spot varnishes and deposited, highly dimensional emboss effects, white and countless textures on a wide range of substrates. To the packaging industry this means that a medical company will be able to test a new package design with authentic details such as Braille, and that a flexible packaging company, such as for example Danish Danapak, will be able to make a proof or prototype on their stock media in order to create a prototype that will mirror the quality of the end product.

The VS-640 is a unique printer/cutter that enables the packaging industry to make proofs, prototypes and labels with silver ink and metallic details. Moreover, the VS-640 prints solid white which makes it a unique tool that enables the production of finely detailed and exclusively looking prototypes for perfume, chocolate and vine, just to mention a few products that is often characterized by exclusive packaging.

MDX-540 is one of Roland's most popular millers that enables packaging companies to visualize their designs by milling realistic prototypes in the design process. This could be a prototype of a plastic bottle, a perfume flacon or a biscuit tin - the possibilities are endless.
