DEWE-573-DSA - Robustes Messsystem für die Instandhaltung

The DEWE-573-DSA is a very compact Dynamic Signal Analyzer covering a wide range of applications in the fields of data recording, rotating machine analyses, sound measurements, human body vibration analyses and more.
The instrument acquires signals like voltage, current, acceleration, pressure, sound, velocity, position, RPM, torque, frequency, temperature and more. It runs from its internal batteries for approx. 3 hours if not connected to external power.
The user interface offers great features to shorten time for measurement setup, visualization and analysis. A typical recording application is to run the acquisition at a slow rate and if pre-definable trigger conditions are fulfilled fast storing is started. Of course also alarms can be set according to pre-definable conditions.
For different repetitive tests the project files will setup the measurement instrument within seconds including complete hardware setup, measurement configuration and sensor calibration.
For certain tasks like balancing of rotating parts there are ready-to-use applications included which guide the user step by step through the process.

While operating the system data can be viewed online on the integrated screen.
If running unattended for long-time monitoring or in dangerous environments online data transfer for live view on any PC is possible attaching the instrument to Ethernet.
For accessing the unit from anywhere we connect to a UMTS modem and use internet for viewing the data.
