Live demonstrations from the Boulangerie Team
Led by Hans Sum the BoulangerieTeam will do live demonstration where innovative product concepts with smell, taste and form are central. You can watch how 2 artisan bakers prepare French breads with many variaties of dough and sourdough, using the latest diviseuse. This device ensures that the bread retains its airy structure. Obviously the bakers challenge you to join them.
At the entrance of the exhibition you can’t miss the presentations of Bakery Luyksgesteld. They present their workshops and other arrangements entirely in nostalgic style. On the stand is also plenty to do. In collaboration with Rooi Pannen and Bakery van Heeswijk Bavarian snacks and cakes Alpe d'HuZes are prepared.
Chocolate cups filled with "out of the box taste like chili, lime and ginger. Organic fair trade cakes, petits fours XL, airy cherry tarts and open pies in various forms. Only a brief summary of the great diversity of flavors in the test corner of BAKKERSVAK.

On Sunday, May 22 between 12:00 and 18:00 there are also a lot of things to do for the new generation of bakers. At the Kids Fun Corner various activities are organized. Children can play on inflatable, and play games like Mega 4 in a row, mega ballabyrint and mikado play.
While you are doing business, you can leave pupils with a peace of mind at the Kids Fun Corner with guidance.
