Delphin - Topmessage

TopMessage systems are being used around the world in many different data logging, data acquisition and testing applications. They have been used successfully in the fields of process technology, test engineering, and research and development. TopMessage devices process any signal fast and reliably from just a few thermocouples right up to thousands of measurement points spread over several plant areas. TopMessage devices have capabilities for both Ethernet networking as well as direct PC connection (P2P).

The analog inputs can be attached to RTD sensors, thermocouples, volt or 20 mA signals enabling any physical value to be acquired (e.g. temperature, pressure, flow-rate, vibration data). The measurement data is saved as scaled and linearized to the device (e.g. mm/s, mÂ³/h, ...). Scaling is pre-configured for all current thermocouple and RTD sensor types. The high measurement accuracy, with up to a 24-bit resolution, enables high-precision measurement to take place without the need for any signal amplification.

An individual TopMessage device can be equipped with up to 30 analog inputs or 48 digital inputs which can be expanded to up to 1000 hardware/software channels with slave modules. Any combinationof I/O modules is possible. Up to ten slave devices, each with identical housings and each equipped with two I/O modules, can be attached to a master. Data transfer between master and slave takes place via a CAN bus.

Delphin - LogMessage

The LogMessage LM100 is an advanced data logger for demanding applications. It is suitable for stand-alone data logging, product testing, quality and reliability testing, process monitoring, research and development and fault analysis. The LM100 offers 15 isolated analog inputs that can measure thermocouples, voltage or current and a sampling rate up to 600 Hz. Virtual internal channels allow calculations, statistics, and various other functions.

The LogMessage has 1 GB of internal memory which can record 128 million data points. A Ethernet LAN interface allows connection to a PC for configuration using the DataService Configurator supplied with the system. The system also includes ProfiSignal Go software for downloading data, on-line and off-line monitoring and analysis. The Go software includes drivers for LabVIEW, DASYLab, Modbus TCP and an OPC server for connection to other systems.

Delphin - Expert Key

The Expert Key is the latest generation of data acquisition equipment from Delphin Technologies. It enables data acquisition and test stand automation from a PC using either USB or Ethernet. The Expert Key incorporates Analog and Digital inputs and outputs in a compact unit. It supports sample rates up to 100 kHz with 18 bit measurement resolution.

The analog inputs can be attached to RTD sensors, thermocouples, volt or 20 mA signals enabling any physical value to be acquired (e.g. temperature, pressure, flow-rate). The measurement data is saved as scaled and linearized to the device (e.g. PSI, ft/sec, GPM). Scaling is pre-configured for all current thermocouple and RTD sensor types.Analog, digital and PWM outputs enable control for experiments or test automation.

The Expert Key 100L is provided with ProfiSignal Go software for set-up, and on-line or off-line monitoring and analysis of measured data. The software also interfaces with other 3rd party applications including LabView and Diadem. Data can be exchanged with other systems using an OPC server or Modbus TCP. An OCX interface is also provided to interface with custom programs.

Expert Series - the new class of data acquisition and testing technology
The Expert Series is Delphin's latest generation of data acquisition equipment from Delphin. Expert Key devices enable measurement data to be acquired, monitored and analyzed, and experiments and test stands to be automated. Expert Key devices are equipped with both USB and network interfaces that can be used depending on the required application. Measurement data can be either acquired directly at a local PC or decentrally via LAN.
