FASTFOOD & CAFÉ, co-located with RAVINTOLA (Restaurant) in March 2011, proved to be a great success and the long-anticipated meeting place for the restaurant and catering industry. Over 8500 trade professionals had the chance to meet specialised industry exhibitors for two intensive and content-filled days devoted exclusively to their trade: Visitors enjoyed a full seminar program with such top-notch speakers as the Development Manager from McDonald's, among others.
