Featured in a prime location within Advanced Engineering, Enabling Innovation is designed to showcase the next generation of exciting new technologies. It provides start-ups and researchers with a unique opportunity to showcase their innovations in front of potential investors and customers, across all engineering sectors.

Building on the success of 2016, we are thrilled to be hosting a greatly expanded Enabling Innovation feature for 2017, which is sponsored once again by Magna International, one of the world’s largest automotive suppliers and supported by Innovate UK’s Knowledge Transfer Network. This year’s Enabling Innovations will offer exhibition spaces for 50 innovators with the opportunity to demonstrate their technologies to the UK’s largest gathering of advanced engineering and technology professionals, expected to attract many thousands of visitors from across Europe.

Apply for a place within the Enabling Innovation showcase

Are you a start-up, SME or research organisation looking to showcase your innovations and forge new relationships? If so we’d like to hear from you through the link below – but don’t delay as places are limited to the top 50 most deserving and disruptive ideas. Applicants will be selected on the basis of market need, level of innovation/novelty and technical viability.

Submissions are welcome from all engineering sectors including but not restricted to automotive, aerospace, rail, marine, industrial, etc. Successful applicants will receive a branded plinth in the Enabling Innovation exhibition zone on which to display their technologies together with full marketing support in the show catalogue, website, press releases and PR campaigns. The only cost will be a nominal registration fee of £495 to cover the marketing activities.
Applications are restricted to academics from research institutions, start-ups and SMEs, with no previous history of exhibiting at Advanced Engineering.

Want to apply for a 1-2-1 meeting with Magna’s Research & Development team at the show to discuss your innovation? You don’t have to be a participant in the Enabling Innovation exhibition zones, applicant are welcome to apply for either or both of these activities.

There is no deadline for requesting a meeting and approaches can even be made on the fly during the show. However to avoid disappointment we strongly recommend you book in advance. Contact us now to apply
