Krakow can be reached by plane. The airport at Balice, officially known as the Jana Pawła II International Airport ( is located 11 km west of the city centre. Krakow airport has direct connections with the following cities: Athens, Dortmund, Dublin, Belfast, Shannon, Madrid, Milan, Stavanger, Bergen, Stockholm, Munich, Berlin, Edinburgh, Forli, Frankfurt, New York, Birmingham, Nottingham, Bristol, Glasgow Turin, Vienna, Oslo, Paris, Warsaw, Helsinki, Brussels, Chicago, Leeds, Liverpool, London, Prague, Copenhagen and Reykjavik.

Targi w Krakowie exhibition centre is located in Czyzyny, 10 minutes from the centre of Kraków and 45 minutes by car from John Paul II International Airport. You can also get there from the airport by railway: The journey takes 15 minutes and costs PLN 8.00 (about €2.10).

The city centre can also be reached by buses no. 208 and 292.

Targi w Krakowie exhibition centre can be reached easily by public transport both from the city centre and Nowa Huta. The best connection is by tram lines  1, 14 and 22, and by bus lines 163, 174. Exit at the "Centralna" stop. The journey by tram from the main railway station takes about 20 minutes.

You can also take a taxi. It may cost between PLN 50 - PLN 70 (€13 - €18) to get to the centre, depending on traffic and at what time you travel:
