Stand module
At PACKAGING INNOVATIONS 2013 you can choose a stand to match your needs and budget. We offer you five sizes of fully equipped and signed stands: 6, 9, 12, 15 and 18 sqm. You can book up to four stands (within the existing floor plan) in any configuration, e.g. four linked stands – a so called “island”, two corner stands, etc.

Furniture and fittings
The fixed price includes all charges for the stand and remains unchanged until the end of the event.  Stand module includes: stand build, fascia board with company name (up to 20 characters), navy-blue flooring, lighting and a 230V 2 kW power outlet, furniture (table, two chairs, two wall shelves, a waste bin), visitor invitations and exhibitor tags.
Additional equipment can be purchased separately.
Whichever stand size you choose, everything is ready when you arrive: Just turn up and do business!

Visitor promotion

easyFairs gives you a complete programme of highly targeted promotional activities. We work in close cooperation with prominent trade magazines and user organisations. Plus, we give you at least 250 visitor invitations (if you need more, simply ask) and provide a variety of online and traditional communications tools to raise your visibility before, during and after the show.

Booster Pack™

Make the most of your participation before, during and AFTER the show, with the Booster Pack. It's a great value for just 950 PLN!

Features:

  • Your company’s name and logo will appear in the e-mail newsletter before the start and after the end of the event
  • Your logo will feature on the show website and on the floorplan to ensure visibility
  • You can display a rollup banner at either the registry or meeting point, and we'll help disstribute information about your company among the visitors.

The Online365 Pack™
Online365 Pack comes as part of the standard easyFairs exhibitor offer, alongside your All-in Package. There’s no easier or more cost-effective way to reach a qualified audience throughout the year.

Get constant visibility throughout the show with your company’s name and logo on the official show lanyard. This is an exclusive opportunity for one exhibitor to get unmatched exposure. The lanyard is worn by every delegate (exhibitors, visitors and speakers).

Onsite Promo Pack™ - Ad Voucher
The vast majority of visitors to easyFairs shows pre-register at www.easyfairs.com by printing out a  voucher in their own home or office. All visitors get a printed ticket and information when they arrive onsite.

This presents exhibitors with an exceptional opportunity to reach a highly targeted audience both online and via print, with maximum exposure occurring at the moment visitors arrive at the show.

This opportunity is limited to a maximum of three exhibitors.
