5 Megapixel lenses
Spacecom has introduced a new family of 5.0 Megapixel lenses. The optical format is 2/3" which corresponds to an image circle of 11 mm. They can be used in applications requiring super high resolution and low distortion. Overdrive your illumination
Smart Vision Lights introduce their groundbreaking series of lights, the Overdrive series, for strobed light applications. With a unique built in strobe function, the lights are strobed and controlled internally. There’s no need for an external control unit, they can be triggered directly from the camera. They are equipped with a built in overdrive protection feature, preventing the LEDs from being driven beyond their limits. They can be strobed with up to 220 strobes per second.

New compact industrial vision PC
Adlink Technology, a provider of machine vision platforms and boards, has released the EOS-1000, a compact vision system based on the Intel Core2 Duo P8400 processor. The EOS-1000 provides four independent PoE (Power over Ethernet) ports with data transfer rates up to 4.0Gb/s and combines high computing power and multi-camera imaging, ideal for applications such as 3D vision robotic guidance.
