Breakfast meetings and learnShops™
Activities at the show that add greatly to the visitor experience include free, content-rich learnShops which address hot industry trends and issues, as well as the ever-popular breakfast meetings on topics of interest to professional.
These seminars, arranged by easyFairs and its partners, offer participants in-depth knowledge of the most recent developments in the field.
They take place right on the show floor, not far away from the action in stuffy lecture rooms. This makes it easy for you to drop in and hear all the presentations you want to.

SEMINAR PICKS:
Many of the basic assumptions companies make about talent management and succession planning turn out to be based on remarkably little evidence. Part of the problem is that HR tends to think of talent management and succession planning as simple, linear systems, and the more HR tries to systematise and control, the less positive effect it has. The solution, suggests David Clutterbuck, is to focus on enabling talented people to grow and to find roles that meet their existing and emerging talents. David is visiting professor or coaching and mentoring at both Sheffield Hallam and Oxford Brookes Universities. Author of more than 50 books, he is known for asking "Massively difficult questions" -- ones that cause people and organisations to think deeply and challenge their own and other people's assumptions.
