EMPACK Madrid 2012 gives you an all-in package based on four sizes of stand module, furniture and fittings, and visitor promotion. Whichever size of stand you choose, everything you need is ready when you arrive.
Stand module includes:
Stand build, name board, carpet, daily cleaning, two exhibitor passes, inclusion in show catalogue etc.
Furniture and fittings include:
Two chairs, one table, literature rack, waste paper bin, power point, two spotlights etc.
Visitor promotion:
easyFairs® gives you a complete programme of highly targeted promotional activities. We work in close cooperation with prominent trade magazines and user organisations.
Plus, we give you at least 250 visitor invitations (if you need more, simply ask) and provide you a variety of online and traditional communications tools to raise your visibility before, during and after the show.

The Online365 Pack™ comes as part of the standard easyFairs exhibitor offer, as an integral part of your All-in Package. There’s no easier or more cost-effective way to reach a qualified audience throughout the year: you start benefiting as soon as you book your stand, and your online show presence continues for an additional three months after the show ends, virtually extending the exhibition and your participation.
For example, during that whole time, all the products you associated with your stand(s) are searchable by anyone using our product search tool (not just show visitors), leading potential customers straight back to you.
And the more stands you book at the show, the more cost-effective it is for you, because you only pay for the Online365Pack once per show (not for each stand)!
