Welcome as an exhibitor at this year's ELMÄSSAN Stockholm. This years show takes place in Kistamässan and we look forward to a really good show.

What do you need to think about right now?

Hotels
To stay in the nearby hotel, we recommend you to book right now if you have not done it already. Scandic Victoria Tower is located close to the exhibition hall and you can reach them at victoriatower@scandichotels.com alternative +46 8-517 533 00 - say that you are participating at a show at Kistamässan when you book and you'll get discount.

Complimentary tickets
Inform your customers and prospects that you are attending the show! 500 tickets will be sent to you automatically. If you would like more, contact Sofie Lindberg.

This year you can have your logo on the front of the tickets for 1900 sek for 1000 tickets. Contact Lotta Ericsson van de Ven if you wish to order.

Remember that there are more ways to make your mailings more personal. Put on a sticker with your logo and booth number, attach more infomration or write a personal letter and mail everything in one envelope. Want more tips, please contact Lotta Ericsson van de Ven.

Electronic tickets
Electronic tickets will be mailed to you approximately one month before the fair. We need your logo to personalize the invitation for you. Send your logo to Lotta Ericsson van de Ven.

Show magazine
As an important part of the marketing for this year's ELMÄSSA easyFairs and News Factory a show magazine. This year edition of the show newspaper increases by 20% and 30 000 copies will be directly addressed to persons working in the industry, both buyers, consultants and users about 4 weeks before the show starts and 5000 will be distributed out at the fair on 24-25 October. The magazine will also be available on the exhibition floor in magazine racks. Information about the fair's activities, workshops and the exhibitor list are obvious elements. Furthermore, the magazine will be produced in a digital version, with clickable ads directly linked to the website.

Introduce your company and products, upload product news, press releases and have your URL visible to all visitors.

We have developed our website and improved it for you as an exhibitor, including an online catalog. In it, you as an exhibitor present your company and products, upload product news, press releases and have your URL visible to all visitors.

When you book your stand, you will get an email from "My easyFairs" with a link straight into the system with a call to confirm your email address and choose a password.

FAQ
* Move in 23 October, 07:00 to 20:00. If you´re planning to move in after 15.00 - please let Jorgen know this. Your reach him at jorgen.stjernlof@easyFairs.com

* Moving out October 25 16.00 - 22.00. The stand has to be dismantled on the 25th. Material could be picked-up on 26 October from 7:00 to 12:00

Framtidens Innovation
Free extra exposure for your most innovative product news!

At the fair we will organize a contest for you exhibitors. You may participate in the competition with your most innovative product news. The idea of ​​this competition for you as an exhibitor to get extra exposure for your news and the visitors can easily be able to see all new products in the industry in one place.

You choose whether you want to expose the product in place physically or via a printed sign. The sign has the dimension 70 x 100 cm and you can expose up to three product news.

The competition is of course completely free of charge and we will take care of printing the signs, if you wish to have the sign in place instead of your physical product.
