A bronze medal for the Dutch team
The World Pastry Championships were held on the 8th and 9th of July 2012 in Las Vegas. Jan Willem Jansen, Daniel Jongsma and Ronald van Haarlem were coached by Adriaan van Haarlem. Within thirteen hours they have to make a dessert, three types of chocolates, three types of cakes, an ice cream cake, a cake, a chocolate and sugar show piece and a presentation piece.
