This year at FERTIGUNG & INSTANDHALTUNG, we’ll shine a spotlight on solids handling technologies.
The nearby Danube ports at Linz and Enns process huge quantities of bulk goods, making the Wels region an important logistics hub for shipments to, from and within Austria. Numerous well-known multi-nationals have settled plants and offices in the immediate vicinity: for example, in the “Chemical Park” at Linz, you’ll find the facilities of companies such as Borealis, Hoffmann la Roche, and BIS Chemserv. Upper Austria’s plastics industry counts among the strongest in Europe. And located just a short distance away are the enterprises of the dynamic Bavarian Chemical Industry Triangle.
That means a rich concentration of potential customers for solids handling technologies – all within easy reach of the show venue!
Based on this research and the results of the 2010 visitor survey, FERTIGUNG & INSTANDHALTUNG 2012 will offer solids solution providers the opportunity to feature their products and services in a special area focused on this topic.
Furthermore, in the run-up to the show, the visitor promotion efforts will also directly target industrial users of bulk goods handling technologies – including past visitors to the Swiss and German editions of the easyFairs SOLIDS show series.
Exhibitors with the following profile will be grouped in the solids focus area at FERTIGUNG UND INSTANDHALTUNG 2012:
