Bakkersvak 2018

The next edition of Bakkersvak will take place on 4 and 5 March 2018. On these two unmissable days, bakers, patissiers, confectioners, chocolate makers, hospitality and catering professionals and ice cream makers will be inspired by the best of their craft.

After six editions at the Autotron Rosmalen, Bakkersvak moves to Evenementenhal Gorinchem where Bakkersvak has a new look for the 2018 edition. As before, specialists with knowledge of entrepreneurship, assortment, machines and other supplies are ready to inform you about the latest market developments and offer you the opportunity to taste the latest food concepts.

During this edition, the segment Ice will be added to Bakkersvak for the very first time with exhibitors as Carpigiani Ambachtelijk Benelux, Ice Concepts Benelux, Bakeplus, Laan Heiloo and Dawn Foods. In collaboration with Carpigiani Ambachtelijk Benelux, the preliminary rounds of the Gelato World Tour for Dutch ice-cream makers will be held at Bakkersvak.

The annual meeting with the bakery sector

Bakkersvak is the annual meeting for professionals and suppliers within the Dutch bakery industry. In just two days, you get a complete update on the market covering innovations in products and services. Bakkersvak is thé unique platform for this community in the Netherlands.

Show floor bigger and clearer than ever

With the move to Evenementenhal Gorinchem, the Bakkersvak exhibition floor will be bigger and clearer than ever. We are reverting to one big exhibition hall, where there is more space and a better overview. The new exhibition hall will give you a perfect view of our enlarged offering of a diverse range of exhibitors.

Experience area with more knowledge and inspiration

In 2018 you will experience an enhanced quality of product demonstrations. All demonstrations, workshops and master classes are brought together in a dedicated ''experience area'' which is centrally located in the hall. In this area, knowledge and inspiration are the guiding principles.

In collaboration with Bakkers in Bedrijf we published the 'Bakkersvak Journaal' (only in Dutch). This brand new, digital magazine contains exclusive information about the show and appears monthly. You get a look behind the scenes ánd you are aware of all updates.
