Design for Manufacture - We can model and visualise components, help convert previously designed metal parts to plastic and provide guidance on material selection, tooling options and design for manufacture.
Product introduction – Offering complete project management, covering component prototyping, reverse engineering, tooling manufacture, quality planning and First Article Inspection reports.
Component Moulding – Moulding capabilities include Engineering polymers, Thermoplastic, Thermoset and Rubber materials via Injection, Compression and Transfer moulding with rubber to metal bonding.
Machining and Finishing – Operations offered cover the full range of second ops finishing including, machining, bonding, inserting, heat staking, Ultrasonic welding, RFI/EMI shielding, priming and painting.
Assembly and Testing – Operations include final component assembly, pressure testing and bespoke customer component testing.
