easyFairs® MAINTENANCE offers you a choice between two formulas:
1. All-in formula
The all-in package gives you a single all-in price for participation, including a complete stand module. It contains:
- stand (incluiding build up)
- name sign
- carpet
- two chairs
- one table
- two spot lights
- one 230V/ 1kW power point
- daily cleaning
- public liability insurance
- exhibitor badges
- one parking ticket
- inclusion in catalogue (NAW)

2. Space-only formula

Visitor promotion
Whichever option you choose, you will benefit from a complete programme of highly targeted promotional activities. We work in close cooperation with prominent trade magazines and user organisations. Plus, we give all exhibitors at least 250 visitor invitations (should you need more, simply ask) and provide a variety of online and traditional communications tools to raise your visibility before, during and after the show.
Figures show that around 70% of visitors decide to attend after receiving an invitation by an exhibitor! This is a great opportunity to make face-to-face contact with customers and prospects who are otherwise difficult to meet.
