easyFairs is particularly active in the packaging, industrial technologies and building industries. With its headquarters in Brussels, easyFairs has offices throughout Europe and in Colombia, and currently organises shows in Austria, Belgium, Colombia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, Poland and the United Kingdom.
The role of Marketing Assistant
Based in Brussels, the Marketing Assistant will help Group Marketing in its day-to-day activities. Tasks include:
- Follow-up of marketing campaigns with the subsidiary offices
- Review of collateral
- Request of quotations for print/production
- Website update
- Intranet content update and follow-up
- Market research
- Visitor and exhibitor research
- Best practices capture and sharing
Profile
Candidates must be able to demonstrate some relevant work experience, a high degree of self-motivation and the ability to work in an international/multilingual environment.
Skills
- Organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility and initiative
- Fluency in English (our working language across all 11 offices)
- Ability in other European language(s) a strong asset (French, German, Spanish, Norwegian, Danish, Swedish, Dutch)
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
